It is always advised to seek medical guidance from a Practitioner or your primary physician to ascertain the appropriateness and safety of any medication or treatment for you.

User account

a) To place orders via the Gro Clinics website or to have consultations with Practitioners, you need to register as a user.

b) Each individual is allowed to establish only one user account (Account). Registered users must: (1) be 18 years or older, (2) be an Australian or New Zealand resident, (3) be competent to enter a legally enforceable agreement with Gro Clinics, and (4) consent to these Terms and Conditions.

c) When setting up an Account, users will be prompted to choose a password. Keeping this password confidential falls under your responsibility. In cases of potential unauthorised access, notify Gro Clinics promptly and modify your password.

a) Gro Clinics doesn't hold any accountability, nor does it give any guarantees, either explicitly or implicitly, concerning the content of a consultation between you and a Practitioner. Both parties are accountable for the consultation's proceedings and all communication made, be it in-person, via a phone call, or other methods of communication.

b) Practitioners owe you the same responsibilities whether consultations take place face-to-face or via telehealth. Practitioners will document their discussions with you, and it's their duty to securely maintain these records as mandated by law. Gro Clinics will possess copies of notes from your Practitioner in our practice software.

c) There is no assurance from Gro Clinics that an online consultation will be apt for your needs.

Intellectual Property

a) All materials on the Website, encompassing text, data, graphics, trade names, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products, and services (Content) are either owned by or licensed to Gro Clinics. Without the prior written consent of Gro Clinics or as permitted by law, you are prohibited from reproducing, transmitting, adapting, distributing, selling, altering, publishing, or storing Content. f) After medical approval, Prescription Haircare products are dispatched by our Partner Pharmacy, usually via Australia Post.

Q Card Payment Plans - 24 Months 

*24 months interest free is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for in-store purchases only until 30/04/2025. Min spend $XXXX. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, Ts&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first Long Term Finance (LTF) transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Min payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout interest free period. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not fully repay the loan before the end of the interest free period. New customers need to apply and be approved for a Q Mastercard credit card. Columbus Financial Services Limited and Consumer Finance Limited reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the offer and these Ts&Cs at any time without notice.   In this instance, the indicative monthly repayment is the finance amount divided by the Start-up Interest Period. The indicative repayments assume there are no additional purchases, cash withdrawals, fees or charges are incurred.
